Updates and enhancements since its initial release

The EWM GR Mobile Application has undergone several updates and enhancements to better align with diverse client processes. Key improvements include:

The application has various versions as per the Client Process.

  • Depending on their specific workflow requirements, users can choose to create batches either in ECC/S4 or directly within EWM.
  • For scenarios where delivery creation is unnecessary, the application now provides the option to display a list of open inbound deliveries, streamlining the workflow.
  • The loading and goods receipt processes have been consolidated into one step, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Goods receipts can now be processed at either the header level or the handling unit (HU) level, providing greater flexibility in handling and recording inbound deliveries.

How does the EWM GR Mobile Application differentiate itself from similar products?

It is a very robust product with RF and non-RF functionality. It is divided into 2 Panels, one for ECC/S4 and the Other for EWM. It covers the entire SAP EWM receiving process.

This application is integrated with ECC/S4. It allows the creation of Deliveries against POs in ECC/S4. The backend uses standard functionality to distribute deliveries from ECC/S4 to EWM.

Results demonstrating the application's impact on warehouse operations

It provides major efficiency in Warehouse Operations. It allows users to create Delivery based on PO and ASN. It allows users to capture Pictures during Delivery Creation. It allows the creation of a Batch either in ECC/S4 or EWM. It allows you to pack/re-pack in EWM. It allows GR to be done at the header or HU level. It allows for Changing / Updating the delivery quantity (with the process code). It allows multiple Functions at one Click. It allows to Print Labels

Recent success stories

We Implemented this app for various Clients with great success, such as Moderna / T-Marzetti / SCB / C1, etc. It helps the user complete the entire GR process on the RF gun without going to the SAP GUI. It increases efficiency and flexibility in the warehouse.
